What you'll do

Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised programs.
Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint using advanced programming knowledge.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow.
Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts while allocating their work.
Assess risks and ensure all business decisions comply with applicable laws and firm policies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Master's degree (preferred).
6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
Strong proficiency with Python, Java/C++, Kubernetes, Docker, and data-centric libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
Hands-on experience developing models with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Proven experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
Experience deploying applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and using cloud-native AI/ML services.
Familiarity with web frameworks like Django or Flask (preferred); experience with Apache Spark (preferred).
