Gen AI Engineering Analyst Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised programs.
• Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint using advanced programming knowledge.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow.
• Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts while allocating their work.
• Assess risks and ensure all business decisions comply with applicable laws and firm policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency with Python, Java/C++, Kubernetes, Docker, and data-centric libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Hands-on experience developing models with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
• Experience deploying applications on major cloud platforms and using cloud-native AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with web frameworks like Django or Flask (preferred); experience with Apache Spark (plus).
