As a GCS Specialty Gas Team Lead, you will lead and manage a team of approximately nine engineers focused on the ownership, maintenance, support, and improvement of specialty and bulk gas equipment. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with operations, maintenance, construction teams, and vendors to troubleshoot emergent issues, plan non-standard maintenance, and oversee the planning, construction, startup, and commissioning of new equipment. This role requires a degree in mechanical or chemical engineering and at least six years of experience in gas and chemical supply systems, preferably within semiconductor or electronics facilities involving hazardous process materials. You will drive team culture while ensuring consistent performance in the delivery of gases required for fab production processes.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 6 years of direct operations experience with gas and chemical supply systems.
Experience with equipment utilizing gases or chemicals for processing is required.
Preferred experience supporting semiconductor or electronics facilities with an emphasis on safety and hazardous materials.
Preferred experience in the direct leadership and management of teams.
Must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
