Future Leaders Program Rotation - Data and Analytics Track is a two-year rotational program designed to develop entry-level talent within the Finance Data and Analytics Teams. Participants rotate through various assignments including information stewardship, data governance, business intelligence, insight delivery, and data science. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing finance information assets, building monitoring rules, analyzing business problems using internal and external data sources, and translating complex issues into statistical, machine learning, or optimization solutions to drive value. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with tools like Tableau, Business Objects, Sigma, and Snowflake. Candidates should possess skills in scripted languages such as Python or R, and database query languages including SQL, HQL, or NoSQL. Compile and analyze data to create financial reports and cost-benefit analyses for management decision-making.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Up to 2 years of experience conducting financial/accounting research and producing reports.
Up to 2 years of experience in information or data practices such as governance, management, architecture, IT, business analysis, or reporting (preferred).
Foundational knowledge of data analysis and technical accounting/finance acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Experience with one or more dynamic scripted languages like Python or R, and database query languages like SQL (preferred).
Knowledge of business intelligence and data management platforms such as Tableau, Business Objects, Sigma, or Snowflake (preferred).
