Full Stack Senior Lead Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver AI-native, autonomous agentic AI solutions for client onboarding and operational workflows.
• Design production-grade agentic AI frameworks including multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered reasoning systems.
• Develop secure production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other team members.
• Drive the adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on agent safety, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI deployment.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing systems using NLP and ML frameworks to enhance user experience.
• Implement cloud-based solutions on AWS using services like EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java/J2EE and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and deep knowledge of NLP, ML, and cloud-native AI deployment on AWS.
• Experience leading AI-powered products as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of financial services and the ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leaders and Executives.
• Demonstrated experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and setting validation standards.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
• Developing and refining prompt engineering and multi-turn agent interaction design (preferred).
