What you'll do

Design and implement end-to-end system architectures for high-performance, low-latency financial applications.
Manage project governance, including planning, budgeting, and status communication for multiple concurrent projects.
Develop full-stack applications using Spring Boot, MERN stacks, and various programming languages like Java and Python.
Implement cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP from infrastructure provisioning to application deployment.
Create and maintain business application platform lifecycle roadmaps as part of the governance process.
Build event-driven systems and integrate microservices using RESTful APIs.
Apply AI/ML techniques and Big Data analytics tools like Databricks and Snowflake to data solutions.
Execute digital transformation initiatives for front, middle, and back-office investment banking systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher and 10 years or more of work experience in related roles.
At least 2 years of BFSI domain experience.
Extensive experience with Java, Python, React, JQuery, Node.JS, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PLSQL, and APIs.
Proficiency in microservice/RESTful API development using Spring Boot and MERN stacks.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for end-to-end infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and observability.
Expertise in low latency computing, event-driven system design, and BigData analytics with Databricks, Snowflake, or Hadoop.
Working knowledge of Agile/Kanban SDLC methodologies and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PPT.
Experience with AI/ML techniques, LLM development, RAG, LangChain, MLOps, and NLP (preferred).
