What you'll do

  • Develop core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform to bridge hardware and human operators.
  • Build software that manages real-time telemetry, health, and autopilot tasks on autonomous vehicles.
  • Create Ground Control Station tools for mission planning, map visualization, and fleet management.
  • Integrate GenAI agents into systems to allow operators to control assets via natural language interfaces.
  • Develop software solutions involving large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Build and deploy code onto physical hardware in real-world environments.
  • Solve complex problems related to multi-agent autonomous systems and motion planning.

What we're looking for

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a full-stack capacity using backend languages like Python, C++, Rust, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with frontend technologies including React and TypeScript.
  • Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis.
  • Ability to manage real-time backend data flows into an operator's user interface.
  • Preferred experience with distributed systems, cloud computing, SaaS, or multi-agent autonomous systems.
  • Preferred background in Physics, Mathematics, or Motion Planning for modeling and simulation.
