What you'll do

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable full-stack applications.
Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Drive software architecture decisions and establish engineering standards.
Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure high-quality software.
Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with maintainable and testable code.
Design and optimize data models and persistence layers.
Mentor engineers through technical coaching and architecture guidance.
Partner with DevOps to ensure reliable deployment and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in software engineering, including leading the design and delivery of complex software systems.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Experience with Git-based development workflows, automated testing, and Agile software development.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep), and cloud-native architectures.
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps or DevSecOps best practices.
Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across development teams.
Bachelor's degree.
