What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of proven software development experience specializing in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and consensus building skills to lead an Agile team.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development including front-end (React, HTML5, CSS) and back-end (Java, Python).
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools like GitHub Enterprise, and automated testing.
  • Practical experience with AI tools to enhance development workflows and optimize software solutions.
  • Experience with AWS is considered a significant advantage (preferred).
