The Full Stack Engineer Manager (FDE) joins the AWS Business Group to serve as a Reinvention Deployed Engineer. What you'll do

Design, develop, and manage custom web applications on AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CDK.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure a stable environment for custom software solutions.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
If an Associate’s Degree is held, must have minimum 6 years of work experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or equivalent (10 years if holding an Associate's degree).
Must have at least 1 year of experience with four of the following: Linux Systems Administration, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, modern JavaScript frameworks, or DevOps.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a platform engineering or developer role.
Minimum of 3 months of experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
Must possess strong Linux skills to troubleshoot systems and optimize performance.
Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical users on various technical topics.
