Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Own features from initial problem definition and technical design through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Design and build production-quality full stack applications including UIs, backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Develop AI-powered and agentic capabilities to support multi-step engineering workflows and tasks.
• Shape application architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and high-quality user experience.
• Translate complex user workflows into practical technical solutions and production-ready features.
• Integrate LLMs or ML services into production applications using prompt design and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Maintain high standards for testing, observability, and system performance across all developed services.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience delivering production software through the full software development lifecycle.
• 6+ years of experience delivering production software through the full software development lifecycle (preferred).
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles including architecture, API and data design, testing, security, and reliability.
• Experience building full stack applications across user interfaces, backend services, integrations, and data systems.
• Experience using modern development tools and AI-assisted coding tools to improve delivery and code quality.
• Experience integrating LLMs or ML services into production applications (preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka (preferred).
