What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience delivering production software through the full software development lifecycle.
Strong foundation in software engineering principles including architecture, API and data design, testing, security, and reliability.
Experience building full stack applications across user interfaces, backend services, integrations, and data systems.
Experience using modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools, with sound engineering judgment.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex user workflows into technical solutions and collaborate across teams.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-focused insights.
6+ years of experience delivering production software (preferred); experience with LLM integration, distributed systems, cloud platforms, or UI/UX design (preferred).
