What you'll do

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and modern cloud solutions for Public Health data modernization.
  • Lead a team of developers to overcome complex technical challenges in cloud environments.
  • Recommend specific tools and solutions based on research of on-premise, cloud, and hybrid resources.
  • Inform strategy and design by providing technical expertise to engineers and product teams.
  • Ensure all implementations and deliveries adhere to engineering and cloud governance standards.
  • Develop critical systems using .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot IaaS environments while utilizing CI/CD and automation tools.
  • Optimize cloud cost management and implement governance frameworks.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience designing, configuring, and administering enterprise applications in cloud environments.
  • 5+ years of experience developing with .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL.
  • Experience managing and leading a team of developers.
  • Experience architecting and deploying secure solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Experience deploying and troubleshooting IaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
  • Bachelor's degree.
