What you'll do

Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers to deliver enterprise applications within the Palantir Foundry platform.
Provide hands-on technical leadership by offering architectural guidance, mentoring staff, and resolving complex technical challenges.
Establish technical direction, development standards, and coding practices for scalable and secure application architectures.
Oversee the full lifecycle of user-facing applications, including data pipelines, APIs, and ontology-driven solutions.
Define and promote UI/UX design standards to ensure intuitive and consistent user experiences across all platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to translate requirements into high-quality, data-driven technical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement of software engineering practices, application performance, and operational efficiency.
Communicate technical strategy, project status, and delivery risks to executive leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience are required.
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain the required security clearance.
Experience leading application development teams within the Palantir Foundry platform (preferred).
Familiarity with React-style component patterns or comparable front-end frameworks (preferred).
Experience with ontology modeling and object-driven application logic (preferred).
Experience with Python for backend automation or processing (preferred).
Knowledge of enterprise data systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Costpoint, or REST APIs (preferred).
Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Palantir AIP, Snowflake Cortex, or similar (preferred).
