FSMS Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Collect and analyze user information to define system scope and objectives.
• Create flow charts, models, and procedures to design feasible system solutions.
• Estimate solution costs and prepare project plans to help prioritize IT resources.
• Maintain technical documentation to support system operation, maintenance, and development.
• Design and configure system solutions using agile methodology.
• Develop training materials, change management plans, and operations processes with business partners.
• Create use cases and demos while coordinating testing for new or enhanced applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes using technology.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD.
• Experience in system configuration and integration processes.
• Experience designing workflows, charts, or diagrams related to business systems.
• Experience with unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies.
• Experience facilitating web-based business application development and agile software development (preferred).
• Knowledge of factory capital processes along HVM manufacturing processes, organizations, and business processes (preferred).
• Experience managing projects of small to medium size and complexity (preferred).
• Experience in EMS and FCS systems (preferred).
