FSMS Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze user requirements to define the scope and objectives of information systems.
• Create flow charts, models, and procedures to design feasible system solutions.
• Estimate costs for system solutions and develop project plans to prioritize IT resources.
• Maintain technical documentation to guide users and support ongoing system maintenance and development.
• Use agile methodology to design and configure system solutions.
• Develop training materials, change management plans, and operational processes with business partners.
• Create use cases and business scenarios while coordinating testing for new or enhanced applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes using available technology.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD.
• Experience in system configuration and integration processes.
• Experience designing workflows, charts, or diagrams related to business systems.
• Experience in unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of factory capital processes along HVM manufacturing processes, organizations, and business processes (preferred).
• Experience facilitating web-based business application development and in agile software development (preferred).
• Experience managing projects of small to medium size and complexity (preferred).
• Experience in EMS and FCS systems (preferred).
