Frontend Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and maintain well-structured code for the retail merchandising experimentation platform.
• Build and support reliable, high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Actively review code to ensure software quality and functional accuracy across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using development tools and application metrics.
• Participate in integration and regression testing to ensure application performance.
• Contribute to disaster recovery activities and follow established incident management processes.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software components based on established designs.
• Automate development tasks to ensure applications meet functional and performance expectations.

What we're looking for

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 1+ years of software development experience is required.
• Proficiency in at least one computer language is required.
• Knowledge of data structures and distributed programming concepts is required.
• Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required.
• Experience with Git for version control, unit testing, and debugging is required.
• Familiarity with React and Next.js is preferred.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, responsive design, accessibility, and state management is required.
