What you'll do

  • Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage high-volume applications.
  • Formulate strategies, processes, and roadmaps for product development and governance.
  • Define standards and lead new automation initiatives for the technology platform.
  • Document detailed system and functional requirements including various workflows in BRDs.
  • Transition requirements to global QA teams and assist in identifying test scenarios.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), conduct training, and oversee technology implementation.
  • Deliver project health presentations and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assess risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

What we're looking for

  • 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.
  • Proven diplomatic and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complex issues by weighing action plans and balancing conflicting needs.
  • Bachelor's degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
