What you'll do

Develop and maintain front-end components that comply with Section 508 and WCAG standards.
Perform accessibility testing using JAWS and other screen readers to identify and remediate usability issues.
Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits and produce formal test reports for agency compliance.
Provide guidance on accessible design patterns to UX/UI designers and developers during the early design process.
Integrate automated accessibility testing tools into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous monitoring.
Communicate technical accessibility requirements and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required.
5+ years of related experience required.
Experience developing front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue preferred).
Hands-on expertise testing with JAWS screen reader and other assistive technologies.
Strong knowledge of Section 508, WCAG 2.1/2.2, and ARIA authoring practices.
Security clearance level: TOP SECRET//SCI W/ Polygraph.
