We’re seeking an Operations Director to lead operational execution for the Fraud Intelligence Product Line organization, responsible for protecting customers and transactions at scale. This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and operational excellence in fraud prevention. The team designs systems that detect and prevent fraud across millions of transactions annually, requiring a leader who can manage budgets, headcount, and performance metrics while ensuring alignment on priorities and commitments. Ideal candidates have over 12 years of experience in large-scale technology operations, with expertise in product and engineering execution, financial oversight, and performance management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to create structure and drive accountability are essential, along with familiarity with fraud prevention or risk platforms in financial services.
Own and orchestrate the Fraud Intelligence Product Line’s operating model.
Facilitate monthly Fraud Business Reviews to provide clear team health insights.
Drive leadership operating rhythms, including staff meetings and quarterly reviews.
Manage multi-million-dollar portfolio oversight for budget alignment with plans.
Lead headcount tracking, hiring progress, and workforce allocation across teams.
Coordinate dependencies and remove blockers for Product and Engineering delivery.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in large-scale technology organizations.
Proven track record of driving execution and delivering results across complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at scale with strong budget and headcount management skills.
Strong analytical skills using data to track performance and inform decisions.
Ability to create structure, drive accountability, and follow through on commitments in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills for effective decision-making and execution across teams and levels.
