What you'll do

  • Model full economic stack for live credit deals including interchange, finance charges, fees, rewards costs, cost of funds, expected losses, network fees, and sponsor bank revenue share.
  • Build deal-level models capturing life-of-portfolio economics, including vintage performance, revolve rates stabilization, and loss curves over time.
  • Partner with Credit Risk and Capital Markets teams to ensure realistic loss assumptions, funding costs, and capital efficiency in every deal model.
  • Craft foundational credit product models for monthly projections of volumes, receivables, payment rates, and loss curves with industry data-driven assumptions.
  • Lead deal review meetings, translating complex credit economics into clear recommendations that help close business without compromising margins.
  • Experiment with AI to enhance credit deal modeling by automating portfolio projection models, accelerating scenario analysis, and building internal tools.

What we're looking for

  • 6-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related GTM finance functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields like Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Math.
  • Comfortable with credit economics including interchange, finance charges, loss provisioning, cost of funds.
  • Exceptional partnership skills, building trust quickly and collaborating effectively under pressure.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with credit risk and capital markets concepts.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and the ability to deliver accurate work.
  • AI-curious, using and experimenting with AI tools to enhance deal modeling efficiency.
