What you'll do

  • Define high-value AI use cases for automated financial analysis and real-time payment anomaly detection.
  • Build and maintain an AI roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term vision in payments transformation.
  • Translate business needs into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for both Finance AI and payments products.
  • Advocate for user needs while articulating clear trade-offs on scope, timeline, and quality in regulatory and compliance contexts.
  • Define system-level requirements for AI agents, including real-time data access to payment rails and integration with banking APIs.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise, FinTech, SaaS, or AI-focused organizations
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and intelligent automation in complex payments environments
  • Expertise in payment products, platforms, infrastructure, including payment rails and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements for both AI and payments systems
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, influencing alignment across Finance, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and external partners
  • Experience defining user value and outcomes beyond project delivery in AI features and payments flows
