Forward Deployed Engineer Vice President

What you'll do

• Build scalable and resilient Search and Distribution Systems for the Research department.
• Develop AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Drive Proof of Concepts leading to the design and deployment of scalable AI integrated solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Design and implement sophisticated data pipelines and modern hybrid search solutions.
• Champion best practices for AI-integrated SDLC, Cloud technologies, and enterprise security standards.
• Communicate with product leads to identify and implement improvements to existing technology solutions.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of relevant experience is generally expected.
• Provide solutions using LLM integration, Agentic, RAG, MCP, A2A, Tool integration, Workflow automation, Langchain, Langchain4j, and Langgraph.
• Experience with NoSQL and Search technologies including Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Experience with Cloud technologies including Azure (preferred), Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with Observability tools such as Datadog and Elastic.
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong Core Java skills including SpringBoot, Spring AI, Spring Cloud Streaming, and Apache Kafka.
• Python proficiency with at least one framework (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and working knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript.
