Forescout Engineer

What you'll do

• Deploy and maintain ForeScout CounterACT appliances in multidomain customer environments.
• Manage infrastructure and cybersecurity controls to improve detection and event correlation.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments across networks, systems, and applications.
• Use big data analytics to identify advanced threats and indicators of compromise.
• Engineer security solutions using network engineering, system administration, and Active Directory.
• Provide Tier II IT operations support including ticket remediation and issue response.
• Integrate cybersecurity data using enterprise aggregation and analysis tools like Splunk.
• Communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences including senior management.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience performing systems administration for Windows or Linux.
• Experience with the deployment or daily maintenance of ForeScout CounterACT appliances.
• Experience with network engineering, including configuration of switches, LANS, VLANS, network FW, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of multi-domain architectures, including data center, WAN, and LAN in virtualized architectures.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• HS diploma and 7+ years of IT experience, Associate’s degree and 5+ years, Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years, or Master’s degree and 1+ year.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification within 30 days of start date.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification prior to start date.
