The Flight Test Operator joins the Test and Evaluation team to support flight operations, test range management, and system development testing for Precision Engagement Systems. In this role, you will build, program, and maintain autonomous aircraft while performing system checkouts, flight executions, and material preparation to support engineering goals. You will also manage site maintenance tasks such as inventory management and equipment upkeep. The position requires experience with fixed-wing commercial or defense Group 1-3 aircraft, familiarity with flight controllers and autopilot logic, and knowledge of National Airspace regulations. Key technical skills include small UAS maintenance and LiPO/LiON battery handling.
