Join our dynamic team as a Flight Test Operator, where you will collaborate closely with program leadership and cross-departmental teams to solve complex challenges in the unmanned aerial systems (UAS) industry. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on flight test programs while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety. You will leverage your RC, RPIC, or PIC experience with fixed-wing commercial and defense Group 1-3 aircraft to assist in mission preparation, briefings, and safe flight operations. Proficiency in Linux, standard browsers, and word processing applications is essential, along with a willingness to troubleshoot electronics and travel as needed. This role requires at least 5 years of UAS flying experience, FAA Part 107 certification, and ideally a Part 61 Pilot’s license and turbine experience.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience flying Group 1-3 UAS.
  • RC, RPIC, or Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on fixed-wing commercial and defense aircraft.
  • Proficient with computer use including Linux familiarity and standard applications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Part 107 certificate.
  • Willingness to travel and perform multi-capable tasks such as electronics troubleshooting.
  • Experience in developmental test and turbine operations.
