Firmwide Forecast & Analysis Vice President

What you'll do

• Manage the collection, aggregation, and enrichment of budget and forecast data.
• Deliver forecasting outputs for consolidated profit and loss, balance sheets, and capital forecasts.
• Design and manage controls for data flows, model outputs, and financial reporting systems.
• Partner with technology teams to modernize infrastructure and expand self-service capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification within current and future-state processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Planning, and Technology departments to drive execution.
• Provide analytics that offer insights into firmwide financial performance and forecast results.
• Ensure data quality, transparency, and consistency across all forecasting and reporting processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical discipline.
• 7 years of experience in finance, technology delivery, product ownership, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering large financial data or technology programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including data gathering, modeling, analysis, and presentation of results.
• Understanding of financial concepts and calculations used in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute under pressure, and work with limited direction.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
