What you'll do

Design and implement robust, scalable test automation frameworks for SoC firmware.
Develop test infrastructure and continuous integration flows for pre-silicon and post-silicon validation.
Create firmware test plans and implement specific test cases based on system requirements.
Execute firmware test cases to ensure high quality for manufacturability and user experience.
Triage, diagnose, and debug firmware issues to identify root causes.
Drive continuous improvement of firmware test coverage and release quality.
Manage nightly, weekly, and release regression testing processes.

What we're looking for

BS degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Proficiency in programming with Python and C (preferred).
Knowledge of hardware/firmware development life cycle (preferred).
Experience with test bringup on FPGA and SoC silicon hardware (preferred).
Exposure to CI processes and automation tools like Jenkins (preferred).
Experience with wireless technologies such as WiFi, Bluetooth, and UWB (preferred).
Experience in FW/SW white box testing and test plan design (preferred).
