What you'll do

  • Execute monthly and quarterly close processes adhering to GAAP standards.
  • Develop high-value AI use cases and efficient finance processes within the team.
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and special projects centered on JLL P&L, AR, T&E.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with expertise in financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
  • Proven supervisory experience leading and developing finance teams, including performance management and succession planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems, understanding finance and accounting platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of managing complex financial projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification or MBA preferred.
