Global Finance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead annual global budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, coordinating with international stakeholders.
• Design and optimize advanced financial models and automated dashboards for executive visibility.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across global business units.
• Develop interactive reporting tools using Excel functions, VBA/macros, and Google Sheets.
• Execute strategic transformation projects focusing on process efficiency and standardization.
• Monitor compliance with Master Service Agreements and ensure financial guidance supports multinational objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis for global organizations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, scenario analysis, and VBA/macros development.
• Proven leadership in managing global budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple international regions and time zones.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information to executives and cross-functional teams globally.
• Experience with JD Edwards E1 enterprise system or similar accounting applications.
• Outstanding organizational and project management abilities to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams in dynamic environments.
