Finance & Business Management Associate

What you'll do

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for technology and product expenses.
• Analyze variances, trends, and risks to identify key drivers and performance sensitivities.
• Create executive-ready materials that translate complex financial data into clear narratives and visualizations.
• Coordinate vendor financial management activities including invoicing, renewals, and contract coordination.
• Maintain financial hygiene through accrual coordination and cost center management.
• Evaluate business cases for priority initiatives and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
• Track headcount, hiring plans, and workforce planning in partnership with human resources.
• Improve reporting workflows by implementing automation, new tools, and standardized templates.

What we're looking for

• Five years of experience in financial services in a finance, business management, or financial planning and analysis role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a complex organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate analysis into executive-ready narratives and clear data visualizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting technology or product organizations (preferred).
• Familiarity with vendor management, technology financial concepts, and dashboarding tools (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
