Business Architecture Associate Manager

What you'll do

• Define, analyze, and document business requirements and processes for client project specifications.
• Gather information to define project requirements using industry standard techniques and cohesive frameworks.
• Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet specific business needs.
• Write detailed functional specifications describing necessary system changes and new features.
• Develop and demonstrate solution strategies and functionality to clients, IT teams, and developers.
• Provide functional support to development teams during the creation of technical solutions.
• Conduct fit gap analysis and design solutions for Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Supply Chain and ERP application deployments.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Must have 5 years of experience delivering structured IT application development lifecycles and leading Agile and Scrum teams.
• Must have 5 years of experience delivering projects with end-to-end system integrated solutions and testing tools.
• Must have 5 years of experience architecting, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle Supply Chain and ERP applications.
• Must have 5 years of experience implementing, upgrading, and migrating Oracle Supply Chain solutions with cloud-based functionalities.
• Must have 5 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based supply chain solutions.
• Must have 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules including Manufacturing, inventory, and Product Data Hub.
