Senior Associate, Finance & Business Management

What you'll do

• Execute the automation roadmap by replacing manual reporting processes with scalable, governed solutions.
• Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Databricks to process financial data.
• Design executive-level dashboards in Tableau that provide clear narratives and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Implement rigorous data quality checks, lineage documentation, and validation frameworks to ensure all outputs are auditable.
• Scope, build, test, and deploy new metrics and reporting dimensions rapidly upon request from the finance team.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, documentation, and pipeline efficiency.
• Integrate financial data across source systems using advanced data modeling and dimensional design practices.
• Modernize financial operations through data centralization and the development of intelligent automated solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for writing clean, efficient, and readable code.
• Production-level Python for data transformation, pipeline automation, and analytical tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or an equivalent cloud data platform like Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.
• Mastery of Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools including data modeling and dashboard design.
• Experience in data quality and governance, including validation frameworks, reconciliation processes, and lineage documentation.
• Experience in financial services, lending portfolio analytics, or using AI-assisted coding tools (preferred).
