What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and CISOs to understand their strategic security objectives.
  • Develop tailored security roadmaps and technical recommendations to improve customer security posture and compliance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive strategic pursuits and sales.
  • Advise, coach, and train internal leadership teams on Microsoft’s security solution value propositions.
  • Monitor emerging security trends and provide actionable insights regarding their impact on specific industries.
  • Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops in industry forums to showcase AI transformation and security portfolios.
  • Advocate for customer needs to influence the product roadmap and strategic investment in new technologies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during executive forums and CISO roundtables.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Master's degree plus 4 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship.
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and technology management (preferred).
  • Direct experience with AI platforms, applications, and AI-enabled business transformation (preferred).
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines such as Azure, Office 365, or Information Security (preferred).
  • Information security knowledge or hands-on experience in areas like IAM, SOC, network security, cryptography, and compliance (preferred).
  • Understanding of AI and agentic systems including their security, governance, and risk management implications (preferred).
  • Ability to translate complex security concepts into business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
