What you'll do

  • Lead transformation to SRE-first and DevOps operating models, including infrastructure as code and automated rollback patterns.
  • Build AI-native operational workflows using approved tooling for incident response and knowledge retrieval.
  • Own operational outcomes from day 0 build through customer onboarding and service operations.
  • Establish metrics for service health, reliability, quality, automation, and productivity to track progress.
  • Lead adoption of OCI-native capabilities for telemetry, alerting, analytics, deployment safety, and operational intelligence.
  • Coach and grow leaders and senior technical contributors in software-driven and AI-assisted reliability practices.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related technical leadership roles.
  • 5+ years leading teams supporting live customer-facing services.
  • Proven ability to replace manual operational tasks with automation and software solutions.
  • Strong ownership of production service reliability, incident response, and ongoing operations.
  • Deep understanding of cloud operations, observability, deployment safety, and AI-assisted engineering.
  • Experience operating in regulated, security-sensitive environments like FedRAMP or DoD.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks for federal customer support.
