What you'll do

  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create customer-centered deliverables including journey maps, personas, and experience recommendations.
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops using IBM design thinking methodologies.
  • Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Develop roadmap strategies to guide the execution of customer experience transformations.
  • Deliver mission-critical technology solutions for federal, state, and local government clients.
  • Maintain a federal security clearance while working on government compliance projects.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.
  • Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and other research methods.
  • Knowledge of design thinking principles and experience creating journey maps, personas, and service blueprints.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
  • Experience in CX, service design, or experience strategy projects; familiarity with agile environments (preferred).
