What you'll do

Maintain a federal security clearance while working on government compliance projects.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree.
Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.
Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and other research methods.
Knowledge of design thinking principles and experience creating journey maps, personas, and service blueprints.
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong presentation, storytelling, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Experience in CX, service design, or experience strategy projects; familiarity with agile environments (preferred).
