What you'll do

  • Translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems for government clients.
  • Design, develop, and support high-quality, scalable products and interfaces across the entire system architecture.
  • Define technical specifications for generative AI projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply Design Thinking to create products that ensure high performance, security, quality, and stability.
  • Develop components ranging from mockups and UI elements to complex algorithms and data structures.
  • Manage and work with various relational databases, operating systems, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Maintain a federal security clearance while delivering mission-critical technology solutions for government agencies.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.
  • Demonstrated programming proficiency in at least one specified language, systems design/development, and information technology coursework is required.
  • Exposure to web services, API, and Java application frameworks such as Springboot is required.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions is required.
  • Familiarity with generative AI modeling, ethics, and methodologies is required.
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture, infrastructure concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud) is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% is required.
  • Proficiency in working with Git repositories for version control and collaborative development (preferred).
