What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
  • Initiative and a growth mindset to actively seek new knowledge and adapt to diverse viewpoints.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to communicate effectively through active listening.
  • Interest in strategy, application, business transformation, or experience consulting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
  • Experience with programming (JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL), cloud/AI concepts, or quantitative analysis (preferred).
