What you'll do

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
Initiative and a growth mindset to actively seek new knowledge and adapt to diverse viewpoints.
Leadership experience and the ability to communicate effectively through active listening.
Interest in strategy, application, business transformation, or experience consulting.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Experience with programming (JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL), cloud/AI concepts, or quantitative analysis (preferred).
