What you'll do

  • Use IBM's Design Thinking methodology to solve complex client challenges.

  • Assist clients with design, business architecture, process development, and functional implementation of applications.
  • Maintain a federal security clearance while working on government contracts.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.
  • Must possess outcome-focused mindset with high levels of resilience and flexibility in consultative contexts.
  • Ability to identify solutions by understanding client needs through creative and logical approaches.
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to derive recommendations from data and insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
