What you'll do

Improve procedures to enhance operational readiness and consistency across sites.

What we're looking for

4+ years of progressive experience in explosives operations.
Hands-on experience with explosive safety, storage, transportation, and test execution.
Working knowledge of DoD, ATF/ATFE, DOT, OSHA regulations for explosives.
Experience developing and enforcing SOPs for safe operating practices.
Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.
Must possess a U.S. security clearance (DoD Secret or DOE L).
Military EOD background or equivalent explosives operations experience preferred.
