What we're looking for

10+ years of progressive experience in explosives operations.
In-depth knowledge of DoD, ATF/ATFE, DOT, OSHA regulations for explosives.
Experience developing and enforcing safety procedures and conducting incident investigations.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.
Must possess and maintain a U.S. Secret or DOE L security clearance.
Hands-on experience in operational, test, range, or field environments with explosives.
Capacity to travel up to 50% for domestic and international assignments.
