What you'll do

  • Design manufacturing test processes that are cost-effective and scalable.
  • Develop and implement statistical tools for testing and quality control.
  • Conduct failure analysis and recommend design changes for new products.
  • Mentor third-party vendors and serve as a technical leader on projects.
  • Present weekly updates on Test Engineering program status to executive team.
  • Engage in all phases of product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life support.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in camera test station design and automation testing.
  • B.S. or higher degree in Engineering, Physics, Optical Science, Material Science, Semiconductor, Imaging Science, or equivalent field.
  • Expertise in tester qualification requirements including calibration, correlation, capability, repeatability, reproducibility, and failure analysis.
  • Strong background in camera, image processing, optics, physics, and optoelectronics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as hardware design, system teams, capital equipment, quality, and process engineering.
  • Ability to understand and plan development builds and mass production for factories worldwide.
