Key competencies include systems thinking, navigating ambiguity, and managing high-impact initiatives within regulated environments to solve core problems related to entitlement strategy and compliance-driven product development.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end licensing and entitlement product domain including creation, provisioning, assignment, and subscription management.
  • Define product requirements for complex scenarios involving direct, partner, and bundled offerings across various business models.
  • Lead FedRAMP readiness by translating security and compliance requirements into actionable product roadmaps and development priorities.
  • Translate ambiguous customer and operational needs into clear PRDs, decision frameworks, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Drive roadmap alignment for foundational platform capabilities like auditability, compliance workflows, and system integration points.
  • Resolve complex design decisions and trade-offs by collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, and legal teams.
  • Serve as the primary expert for licensing architecture and compliance-related product requirements for senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, software platform development, SaaS operations, or a related field.
  • Strong background in SaaS licensing, entitlement management, subscription platforms, or adjacent platform infrastructure domains.
  • Experience translating business, technical, and operational complexity into clear product requirements, phased plans, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, architecture, legal, security, and operations teams to drive alignment on ambiguous initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to identify dependencies, edge cases, and scalability considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.
  • Experience with compliance-driven product development or regulated environments like FedRAMP is highly desirable (preferred).
