Executive Director, Senior Technical Account Manager, Data and AI Fusion Platform

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to drive product adoption and expansion.
• Translate customer initiatives and constraints into actionable requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the single accountable point of contact for technical success across a portfolio of customer organizations.
• Lead technical deep dives with senior engineers and architects to capture and validate platform requirements.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to align delivery plans with customer priorities and platform release cycles.
• Establish and manage a disciplined operating cadence including architecture reviews, readiness checkpoints, and steering updates.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of customer-impacting escalations, including root cause analysis and durable remediation.
• Partner with SRE and operations teams to ensure customer workloads meet reliability and supportability standards.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience driving roadmap and enablement of complex platform products across a diverse customer base.
• 10+ years in technical, delivery-oriented roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Platform Technical Program Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority, including strong program leadership and dependency management.
• Proven ability to independently lead technical deep dives and produce high-quality requirements.
• Strong technical foundation across data and AI platforms.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity within a newly forming team and evolving platform environment.
• Executive-level communication skills to drive decisions and provide concise status at senior forums.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments supporting internal platforms at enterprise scale (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics (preferred).
• Knowledge of platform adoption patterns, change management, and operating model design (preferred).
