Executive Producer, Mainstream, Narrative & New Experiences

What you'll do

• Drive the execution of the portfolio strategy to ensure high-quality game production and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of producers to deliver high-quality games while maintaining a healthy team culture.
• Influence and shape the overall games production strategy using deep industry expertise.
• Identify and mitigate production risks to ensure predictable and successful project outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure game visions and features align with player tastes.
• Build bridges with strategic partners to solve complex issues across cross-functional teams.
• Own and drive strategic initiatives central to the growth and success of the games portfolio.
• Serve as an internal advocate by presenting product updates and milestones to various stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience in Video Game Production, including expertise in Development, Publishing, and LiveOps.
• Proven success managing large game portfolios and delivering high-quality outcomes at various scales, from team-level to AAA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end game development processes, including design, programming, art, and audio.
• Experience managing co-dev and outsourcing partners.
• Knowledge of first-party platform-holder processes and requirements.
• Experience managing project budgets and making cost-effective decisions without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Location in the Los Angeles metro area (preferred).
