What you'll do

Provide dedicated IT support and troubleshooting for high-level executives.
Monitor ticketing systems and executive support dashboards to ensure timely assistance.
Deploy and maintain technology equipment including workstations, phones, and A/V devices.
Advise on technology standards and perform preventative maintenance according to global guidelines.
Assist leadership team during meetings with setup and monitoring of technical requirements.
