This role requires 6–8+ years of IT support experience, including executive-level support, along with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues for executives across various platforms.
  • Prepare and support technology for executive meetings and high-profile events.
  • Take full ownership of executive technology issues, coordinating with specialized teams.
  • Proactively identify risks to prevent disruptions in executive workflows and productivity.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records in ServiceNow for knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of IT support experience, including executive-level support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple platforms and devices.
