Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM)

What you'll do

• Define and execute the enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead the end-to-end IAM portfolio including workforce identity, privileged access management, and authentication services.
• Establish and maintain IAM architecture standards, policies, and governance processes across global environments.
• Drive modernization of identity services such as single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege models.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate identity controls into enterprise processes and platforms.
• Manage identity-related risks, including audit responses and incident response for credential compromises.
• Oversee service management, vendor relations, financial planning, and performance metrics for IAM products.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while establishing clear accountability and operational excellence standards.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree and 8 years of experience.
• Candidates must possess at least 7 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or related disciplines within large organizations is required.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM transformation initiatives across multiple business units and regions is required.
• Expertise in identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and least-privilege principles is required.
• Experience developing and implementing IAM strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models is required.
• Ability to communicate technical risk, investment priorities, and program outcomes to executive leadership is required.
• Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
