What we're looking for
15+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend systems and microservices architecture.
Proven leadership in large-scale engineering teams delivering mission-critical services.
Strong background in AWS cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/SRE practices.
Experience driving stability, resiliency, and observability improvements at scale.
Demonstrated success integrating AI, ML, or LLM-based tools into software development processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
