What you'll do
Direct the technical approach and engineering activities for Isaac for Healthcare platform.
Recruit and mentor engineers to build a team with expertise in robotics software, simulation, AI/ML, systems software, and clinical domain knowledge.
Transform partner demands into platform features and develop solutions collaboratively with healthcare collaborators.

What we're looking for
Over 15 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years leading teams in robotics or AI platform development.
Proven track record building and scaling sophisticated software platforms or developer frameworks.
Deep expertise in robot perception, control, physics-based simulation, medical image analysis, or real-time embedded AI inference.
Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and grow engineering teams from single-digit to over 20 members.
Strong communication skills for multi-functional collaboration with research scientists, product managers, and clinical partners.
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
