Executive Director Analytics Solutions, Commercial & Specialized Industry

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals to foster a high-performance environment.
• Oversee a complex portfolio of reporting and process improvement initiatives using project management practices.
• Design and develop automated data solutions to streamline reporting and generate actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into complex analytical designs aligned with organizational goals.
• Present data-driven recommendations and visualizations to senior leaders and partners.
• Enforce standards for data quality, validation, and documentation across all recurring reports.
• Guide the team in building, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as analytics, business, or software engineering.
• 10+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives and managing a portfolio of reporting and process improvement work.
• Experience leading, onboarding, training, and supporting team members in analytics best practices.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik.
• Experience with Large Language Models and related advanced analytics techniques applied to business problems.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts, data validation methods, and documentation practices.
• Experience implementing automated reporting and repeatable workflows with documented controls.
• Experience in Commercial Banking or a closely related industry (preferred).
• Experience with robotic process automation or workflow orchestration tools (preferred).
• Experience designing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting for business users (preferred).
• Experience establishing team standards for analytics delivery, quality assurance, and documentation (preferred).
