ERCS Data & Tech - Full-Stack AI Engineer - Experienced Associate will join the Risk & Regulatory practice to design and develop robust data solutions that transform raw information into actionable insights. In this role, you will build, test, and maintain AI-powered full-stack applications by developing features across frontends, backends, APIs, databases, and cloud environments. You will construct data pipelines, retrieval systems, and integrations while applying natural language processing techniques to improve text analytics. The work focuses on solving complex challenges in risk domains such as internal audit, SOX compliance, and forensics. To succeed, you must possess a strong foundation in software engineering principles and experience with tools like OpenAI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Claude, and AgentSpace. What we're looking for
At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of experience designing, developing, and supporting software applications, AI-powered solutions, or related technology platforms.
Degree in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering (preferred).
Strong foundation in software engineering principles, application development, and system design (preferred).
Experience building and supporting full-stack applications using frontend and backend technologies (preferred).
Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications using platforms like OpenAI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Claude, AgentSpace, or similar (preferred).
Experience implementing AI solutions with a focus on natural language processing (preferred).
Excellence in active listening and communication within team environments (preferred).
